How signals are generated
- Buy — the green price line crosses above the red signal line on a closed candle. Strong when both are above the yellow base line and the base line is above 50; normal when green is above yellow; weak (counter-trend) when green is still below yellow. Ignored if green is already overbought (≥ 68).
- Sell — the mirror image: green crosses below red. Ignored if green is already oversold (≤ 32).
- Band reversal (weak) — green falls back inside the upper volatility band, or climbs back inside the lower band.
- Signals only fire on closed candles, so they never repaint. Bias combines green vs red, green vs yellow, yellow vs 50 and the slope of yellow. Daily and 4h candles close at 17:00 New York, like most MT4/MT5 brokers.
